We stayed for the NYE weekend and had a blast! It is a pretty typical Vermont inn - no frills and cozy. The rooms are a bit small and dated compared to some of the newer resorts. However, if you are spending enough time in your room for this to matter, you are doing your Vermont getaway wrong - they do just fine for a long ski weekend!
You get all of this less than 5 minutes from the mountain and plenty of restaurants and bars.
Carina and the staff do a great job of keeping everything running smoothly. The place is clean, breakfast is awesome, and they are quick with housekeeping. There are also a ton of amenities. The common area with the self-serve bar and fireplace is perfect after a day on the slopes. We had a lot of fun with the pool table downstairs (plus other table games and arcade systems), glass of wine in hand :) There's also the outdoor hot tub in the winter!

Nice, decent place to stay overnight. Clean room, clean sheets, good shower, good breakfast. Close to Mt. Snow.

This is a local Inn, run by a live-in owner. There is not 24-hour staff. We arrived late and had to take a room without checking in. In the morning, Carina wasn't even phased. She was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was absolute quality - the starch/sweet component is different every day, but they almost always have eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes. When I stayed there, there were blueberry pancakes one morning and French toast the next, and both were excellent. Breakfast is included with the room. The rooms themselves were cozy and clean, with a variety of bed options depending on your party. All have en-suite bathrooms. The pool was nice, though we didn't get to spend much time there. All of the other employees were friendly and accommodating, as well. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone I know who is staying in the area!
