It's a cheap looking, s $%%t Hole hotel, except the fact that they charge $150 per night. Rooms are terrible furnished with second hand furniture from 1950's. They didn't have even a dresser. Bathroom had a mold all over upper wall and ceiling. TV is much modern( no later than 1980), no WiFi in the room. Breakfast was terrible. I would never stay in this place again and strongly urge every one to avoid it. Mt snow has many great hotels and condos to offer and it's definitely not one of them
They seem to have the same menu every day. So may be They are using leftovers from yesterday.
I've been going to Austrian Haus for over ten years and I love the place. It's rustic but kept in very good condition. I've been to places that were way more rustic and kind of falling apart and I love those places too and had amazing times there as well. It's the down to earth, warm and friendly experiences that I remember and tell my friends about. The family that runs Austrian Haus are such good people and thats part of the many reasons I'm back on the website booking another weekend there. I can't wait!
Stayed with three friends at Austrian Haus Lodge during a long weekend, the accommodations were simple no frills... Perfect for people looking for somewhere to just crash and go to mount snow after a quick complimentary breakfast!
This is our ski home away from home! We now have come here 6 times and multiple nights. The owners Ketan and Shital are amazing and my family including a 4 and 6 yr old have loved them from the start. Hospitality at its finest! This is a family lodge with great amenities. Heated pool, game room with billards the lounge filled with family board games and a quaint continental breakfast. We will be coming here for years to come. We can't wait to visit this summer!
We went there for dinner. Very bad experience. They had a buffet. But no options at all. Only 2-3 dishes in a buffet. Ridiculously expensive. Ambiance is not good. Place and furniture seems old and dusty. Service is okay. They even charge for infants and toddlers who do not eat. We were worried giving our infants this food because we highly doubted if it was fresh.
