For service on a hot tub, go someplace else. Numerous calls over several days received no response. When I finally got someone on the phone they said they would call back with a service date. They never did
My hot tub developed a problem. My usual repair person left the area. Called Holden Spa to service my spa during the week and they agreed. They never turned up. Stopped in the office and spoke to the owner the following weekend and he said it would get fixed Monday. They never turned up. Two more phone calls and another visit to the store to speak to the owner and despite reassurances, they never turned up.
